Practical Nursing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to residents according to their individualized care plans.
- Execute treatments as directed by physicians, within your professional scope.
- Diligently document and report residents' conditions and care, noting any signs that may indicate changes.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations in performing duties.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.
Licensure:
- Must possess an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
