Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Gundersen Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting health and wellness in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care and education.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient responses.
  • Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • At least 6 months of previous nursing experience (desired).
