Key Responsibilities:

    • Allegations of misconduct by licensed individuals and entities in real estate transactions and appraisals.
    • Assessment of real estate firms' operational practices and trust account management.
    • Verification of submitted applications to the agency.
  • Engage in interviews with individuals possessing relevant knowledge regarding the investigation.
  • Draft comprehensive written reports detailing findings for supervisory review.
  • Provide testimony in administrative hearings or court proceedings as necessary.
  • Execute additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.
  • Adhere to a hybrid work schedule, with initial training conducted in the office.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as the role involves conducting interviews and preparing detailed case reports.
  • A valid real estate broker license in Georgia or another state is mandatory, with the requirement that the license be placed on inactive status during employment with the Commission.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in real estate brokerage is essential, including experience in managing other licensees and reviewing contracts and related documents.
  • A solid understanding of the daily operations of real estate professionals is required.
  • Applicants must submit three reference letters that affirm their strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and ability to function well within an organizational framework.
