Role Summary:
ProCare Therapy is in search of a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide vital speech and language services in an educational setting. This position focuses on supporting students with their communication needs and enhancing their overall academic experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized and group speech-language therapy to students with varying needs.
  • Design and execute customized therapy plans aimed at achieving specific speech and language objectives.
  • Evaluate and track student progress, modifying therapy techniques as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other school personnel to foster student achievement.
  • Keep precise and confidential documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
  • Offer guidance and strategies for classroom support to improve student communication abilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is mandatory.
  • Experience with middle school students is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage time.
