About the Role

As an Office Manager/Bookkeeper at Accountants One, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

You will work closely with our experienced management team and report directly to the owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts receivable, including project billing and client statements.
  • Perform general accounting tasks, such as journal entries and bank reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with outside CPA for tax preparation and planning.
  • Assist Project Managers with system setup and expense tracking.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Deltek Ajera experience is a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills, including Excel.
  • Friendly, team player attitude.
  • Strong communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer great benefits and work-life balance.
