Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Director to lead our maintenance teams and ensure alignment with company standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance operations, budget management, and team leadership. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on our business and drive quality results.

  • About You
  • We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can effectively collaborate with owners, regional managers, and onsite staff.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in maintenance operations or a related field is required.

Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop maintenance teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Oversee preventative maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and conduct property inspections.
  • Assist in budget preparation, monitor costs, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Evaluate and improve safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and execute scopes of work for capital and other projects.
  • Communicate with owners, regional managers, and onsite staff to resolve maintenance issues and enhance satisfaction.
