Overview

GPM Investments LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at our thriving convenience store. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving success and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store Operations: Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee all store operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and enthusiastic store crew, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Employee Engagement: Provide inspirational feedback and coaching to motivate team members, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Scheduling: Craft employee schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory ordering, stocking, and management, ensuring adequate supplies and minimizing waste.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees alike.
  • Financial Management: Manage key financial aspects, including sales, expenses, and inventory, to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Leadership: Step in for the Store Manager as needed, ensuring continuity and smooth operation of the store.

Requirements

  • Age: 18 years or older (varies by state)
  • Transportation: Access to a car or other motorized vehicle, with liability insurance
  • Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts and days, adapting to our dynamic environment
  • Communication: Fluent in English, with basic math skills
  • Background Check: Willingness to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Training: Eager to learn and participate in Topshelf Manager Training (for Tennessee-based candidates)
