Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a caseload of high-exposure cases and complex litigation matters
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve optimal results
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key issues and develop sound legal arguments
- Prepare and present compelling cases in court, demonstrating strong trial skills and expertise
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including claims professionals and underwriters, to ensure seamless case management
- Provide expert guidance and support to junior attorneys and staff members
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, case law, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices
- Minimum 7 years of litigation experience, with a strong track record of success in complex cases
- Proven expertise in trial skills, litigation strategy, and case management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
