Key Responsibilities:
- Defend and litigate cases involving a variety of employment-related claims and agency discrimination charges.
- Represent employers in legal proceedings, including court, administrative agencies, mediations, and arbitrations concerning employment issues such as class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contractual disputes, employment torts, and non-compete agreements.
- Provide expert advice and counsel to employers regarding a comprehensive range of labor and employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Current 2L law student with outstanding academic performance.
- Familiarity with current court procedures and employment-related agency processes (both state and federal).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Dedication to professionalism, teamwork, and the ability to work independently on various assignments.
