- Engage in the development of next-generation products designed by Complete Staffing.
- Conduct testing and diagnostics on electronic circuit boards, identifying root causes down to the component level.
- Oversee the management of prototype material inventory.
- Actively participate in internal continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- Relevant electronic training or experience in a high-tech industry.
- Proficient in both analog and digital circuitry with the ability to interpret and create schematics.
- Familiarity with printed circuit board components.
- Skilled in soldering techniques for mixed technology circuit boards, including through-hole and surface-mount technology (SMT).
- Competent in using electronic diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, digital logic analyzers, function generators, and digital multimeters (DMMs).
- Capable of analyzing and interpreting test data to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Knowledge of LED systems is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in product development and technical documentation.
