Job Summary

Orthopaedic Specialty Group is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Liaison to serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding clinical issues. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient calls and messages, providing timely and accurate responses to clinical inquiries.
  • Consult clinical protocols to answer patient questions and provide education on orthopaedic procedures and treatments.
  • Collaborate with providers to advise patients on routine pre and post-operative questions, dressings, braces, and medication use.
  • Handle patient requests for updated work notes, gym notes, and PT orders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an orthopaedic setting preferred.
  • Clinical background required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
