Job Summary

The Resort at Paws Up is seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Communications Agent to join our team. As a key member of our resort's operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional communication services to our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with guests and team members across the resort via various channels.
  • Answer food and beverage-related questions and provide accurate information to guests.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our menus and food and beverage items to provide expert recommendations.
  • Manage In-Home Dining orders and reservations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Assist the culinary team in meeting ticket times for In-Home Dining orders and confirm dining reservations, dietary restrictions, and special occasions with guests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or job-related coursework preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a resort or fine dining setting.
  • Basic culinary knowledge and understanding of world-class hospitality and service standards.
  • Valid Food Handler's License and State Driver's License with two years of driving experience.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization and prioritizing workload.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor under high demands and with guests, team members, and management.
