Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Database Architect to join our team at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health. As a key member of our data warehousing team, you will be responsible for designing and developing Enterprise Data Warehouse components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business and technology departments to understand system data and its use.
  • Provide guidance in data modeling and data warehouse design.
  • Develop and maintain the D-H enterprise data warehouse system and corresponding data marts.
  • Troubleshoot, tune, and enhance existing data warehouse applications.
  • Lead and mentor less experienced team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of programming, data management, and/or analytics experience.
  • Hands-on proficiency in at least one RDBMS/SQL relational database.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience managing and analyzing healthcare data.
  • Familiarity with Agile framework.
  • Knowledge of RDBMS/SQL relational databases and/or non-relational databases.
