Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to develop unified backlogs and annual launch roadmaps aligned with the company's digital strategy.
- Platform Management: Own the platform architecture, including the fully integrated ERP ecosystem, and develop a best-in-class approach towards ERP deployment and cutovers using Agile methodologies.
- Innovation and Transformation: Develop and disseminate a shared understanding of business capabilities that can be developed on the platform, and how they can be leveraged to solve business problems and transform the organization's operations.
- Solution Delivery: Provide hands-on technical expertise and team management, working with platform users to translate business requirements into functional specifications, create required documentation, conduct required configurations, perform testing, and change management.
- Platform Operations: Own defining and meeting platform Service Level Agreements (SLAs) around resiliency, stability, security, and operations, identifying and prioritizing technical launches/patches to ensure the continued health, stability, and resiliency of the platform.
- Team Leadership: Manage, lead, and grow technical and functional talent, ensuring that the team is right-sized and has the right skills and knowledge to operate the platform.
- Vendor Management: Own vendor relationships and licensing, optimizing the vendor ecosystem to meet platform SLAs and invest/divest depending on the lifecycle roadmap.
