General Summary:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the operations of our Electric Power Division. This entry-level position encompasses a variety of administrative and accounting tasks that are essential for the smooth functioning of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize documentation for various teams.
  • Digitally archive and manage records for ongoing and completed electrical projects.
  • Assist with the entry of subcontractor timesheets.
  • Maintain schedules for field personnel.
  • Execute additional tasks and special projects as needed.

Work Environment:

  • Standard office hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
  • The role is primarily desk-based, requiring frequent use of a computer. Tasks involve repetitive typing and may include light physical activities such as bending and lifting.
