  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and product offerings to give effective advice to clients and maintain compliance.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Reliabank Insurance at networking events and industry gatherings to increase brand visibility and establish business relationships.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve or surpass sales targets and performance benchmarks set by the company.

Requirements:

  • Active South Dakota insurance agent license.
  • Prior experience in insurance sales or related field is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse client base.
  • Superb negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with insurance industry software.
