Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Retention: Create and execute strategic initiatives to attract new clients and grow our customer base.
- Insurance Needs Assessment: Perform comprehensive assessments of insurance needs for individuals and businesses, suggesting suitable coverage options.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing client queries, solving problems, and handling policy changes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues and insurance providers to ensure accurate policy issuance and timely claims processing.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and product offerings to give effective advice to clients and maintain compliance.
- Brand Representation: Represent Reliabank Insurance at networking events and industry gatherings to increase brand visibility and establish business relationships.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve or surpass sales targets and performance benchmarks set by the company.
Requirements:
- Active South Dakota insurance agent license.
- Prior experience in insurance sales or related field is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse client base.
- Superb negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with insurance industry software.
