ABA Therapist

Little Leaf ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA programs to support client growth and development.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress, providing regular updates to the supervising BCBA.
• Utilize a variety of materials and stimuli to encourage skill acquisition, learning, and behavior modification.
• Collaborate with parents and other professionals to ensure the child's needs are being met effectively.

Requirements:

• RBT Certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary.
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and up-to-date insurance are required.
• Ability to work with clients of multiple ages, skill levels, and behaviors is essential.
• Experience with EMR systems for data collection and medical records is preferred.
