We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Billing Specialist to join our team at the Gerald Auto Group.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process new and used retail deals into our accounting system.
  • Calculate salesperson commissions and ensure accurate payment.
  • Submit rebates and incentives in a timely manner.
  • Remit finance products and reconcile reserve schedules.
  • Issue customer payoffs, checks, and ACH transactions.
  • Post funding notices and research any discrepancies.
  • Perform additional accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Two years of dealership billing experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A sense of urgency and high-energy, positive attitude.
