Position Summary:

As a Financial Analysis Intern, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic and stimulating environment as a member of a Project Team. This role provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with seasoned professionals within the Finance department. You will gain insights into both technical and commercial dimensions while assisting the finance team in establishing a reporting framework that aligns with our corporate standards. Your contributions will be vital in helping the Finance team achieve its project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Your duties will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborating with operational teams to develop financial reports that support monthly closing activities in accordance with international, regional, legal entity, and business line reporting.
  • Partnering with the finance team to enhance profitability analysis by region and business line.
  • Assisting in the creation of a comprehensive playbook to document essential processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Supporting improvement initiatives by gathering feedback to ensure the playbook is user-friendly and that documentation is complete and accurate.
Qualifications:

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively.
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
  • Effective communicator, both in person and via phone.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a persistent work ethic.
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
