Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Dining Room Care Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional dining services to residents in our community's dining rooms and designated areas.
  • Assist with training team members to ensure they meet Sunrise Senior Living standards.
  • Maintain proper dining room setup, including table settings and cleanliness.
  • Support special events and assist with food preparation and service.
  • Monitor checklists to ensure the dining area meets high standards of cleanliness and readiness.
  • Responsible for handling all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to make sound judgments, problem-solve, and demonstrate good decision-making skills.
