About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of multiple projects from initial permits to final occupancy, with primary responsibility for schedules, budgets, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate members of the project team and subcontractors and vendors to complete all phases of work on schedule, in budget, with expected quality.
  • Manage the RFI, Submittal, and Owner Change process to ensure accurate, complete, and timely information provided to the site team.
  • Work directly with local municipalities to ensure permits and inspections are available for the project within scheduled timeframes.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, with knowledge of Sage and Plangrid preferred.
