  10. Carefully removing utensils from the mouth, allowing for relaxation if needed.
  11. Providing clear and simple instructions such as "Open your mouth" and "Now swallow".
  12. Arranging comfortable seating for meals.
  13. Providing easy-to-use utensils and aids.
  14. Disposing of any damaged tableware to prevent injuries.
  • Post-Meal Cleanup: After meals, the caregiver will gently clean the individual's mouth and hands with a napkin, dispose of waste appropriately, and clean any reusable items.
  • Monthly Reporting: The caregiver will compile a monthly report detailing progress towards objectives, project status, completed activities, challenges faced, and suggested improvements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in caregiving roles.
  • Familiarity with administrative systems and procedures.
  • Certification or diploma in Personal Assistance is advantageous.
