Role Responsibilities:
- Manage all facets of restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Implement operational policies and standards to maintain consistency and achieve business goals.
- Analyze sales trends and take corrective actions to meet financial objectives.
- Uphold high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety in accordance with health regulations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and leadership.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, enhance sales, and boost brand visibility.
- Establish and nurture relationships within the community.
- Address operational challenges and resolve conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Report any crises or emergencies to leadership effectively.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Flexible availability for various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, with potential travel for training and functions.
- Adept at recognizing and analyzing issues, setting goals, and executing plans to resolve problems.
- ServSafe certification required or willingness to obtain.
- Minimum of 3 years in restaurant or retail management.
- Experience with new restaurant openings is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
- Valid driver's license is necessary.
