ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical Transition Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective nursing care to patients. This will involve applying the nursing process, critical thinking skills, and scientific judgment to independently deliver high-quality care. You will also collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes and provide communication, confidence, and professionalism as evidenced by active engagement in unit and organizational activities.
You will have accountability for delivering quality nursing care services and for promoting a positive image of nursing. We are looking for a nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and is committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need to have a graduate degree in nursing from an accredited program and a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse in a Children's Hospital realm. You will also need to have current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License and current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
