Patient Care Advocate

Your primary responsibility will be to interact directly with patients and families to understand their needs, provide guidance and support, and resolve any issues that may arise.
About the Role:- Collaborate with our patient care teams to develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients and families to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded
- Support our clinical staff in providing high-quality patient care and education
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year based on location and experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and can work effectively in a team environment.
