Salary

Job Description

This position plays a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work closely with participants to create personalized support plans, promote independence, and foster meaningful relationships.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills. You must also have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required.
