  • You will be responsible for delivering personalized care to infants, children, and adolescents with various medical needs.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

  1. Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders and developed care plans.
  2. Conduct thorough patient assessments and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed.
  3. Document all activities, assessments, and nursing actions in a timely manner.
  4. Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  5. Educate patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.

**Requirements:**

  • Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse.
  • CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing policies and procedures.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • At least six months of recent experience as a licensed nurse in a clinical setting.
  • Home health experience.
