About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Instructor to join our team at Alternate Perspectives, Inc. As an Academic Instructor, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality education and training programs to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Provide instruction and guidance to students in designated academic areas.
  • Motivate and counsel students to achieve academic success and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services.
  • Evaluate and improve curriculum, instructional materials, and methods to meet corporate and management directives.
  • Monitor and enhance student progress and performance using automated systems and reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and valid teaching certificate in the state of employment (or equivalent experience).
  • One year of instructional experience (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to utilize automated systems.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
