Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boutique Manager to lead our Parfums Christian Dior store team. As a key ambassador for the brand, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive and motivating work environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Business Strategy: Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and profitability targets, ensuring the boutique meets its revenue and customer service goals.
  • Client Experience: Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for every client. Educate customers on the Dior brand and products, and share the Dior Storytelling within every client interaction.
  • People Management: Manage and develop the store team, ensuring a high level of team spirit and energy. Communicate strategic brand initiatives, set and track individual KPIs, and motivate staff through clear communication and coaching.
  • Operations: Ensure operational excellence, managing timetables, floor coverage, stock levels, and visual merchandising. Champion the rollout of new systems, tools, and policies within the boutique.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop business plans to achieve revenue and customer service goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
