POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role is essential for ensuring that lodge rooms and condominium units are cleaned and prepared for guest occupancy, providing a clean, appealing, and secure environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Uphold a polished and professional appearance, in line with company standards.
- Execute cleaning and preparation of accommodations following specified cleaning protocols.
- Stock and manage housekeeping carts and linen storage with necessary supplies to effectively clean assigned areas.
- Complete daily reports detailing the status of each room and promptly report any maintenance issues or supply shortages.
- Ensure guest security by maintaining locked doors at all times.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
- Undertake other responsibilities as directed by the Housekeeping Lead or Manager.
- Familiarity with company facilities and activities is essential.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
SKILLS: Understanding of cleaning methods and practices.
EDUCATION: No formal education required.
EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
LICENSE: Not required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position involves extensive walking, standing, and kneeling for up to 8 hours, with scheduled breaks. Frequent lifting of up to 25 lbs is required, with occasional lifting of up to 35 lbs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Primarily indoors, with some outdoor exposure to varying temperatures and conditions. Hazards include cleaning chemicals and potential slips on snow or ice.

SENSORY SKILLS:
Vision, hearing, touch, and speech are necessary for effective performance.

EQUIPMENT USED:
Includes vacuums, extractors, cleaning agents, laundry machines, and two-way radios.

MENTAL DEMANDS:
Moderate complexity in decision-making and task management.
