* Greet members and guests, providing a positive and friendly experience
* Enforce the Judgement Free Zone
* Answer phones and assist callers with various questions
* Check members into the system
* Facilitate updates to member accounts
* Respond to member questions and concerns
* Promote sales of tanning lotions and memberships
* Create connections with the community
Requirements:
* Customer service background preferred
* Basic computer proficiency
* Passion for fitness and health
* Upbeat and positive attitude
* Experience in sales
* Punctuality and reliability
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Strong listener with ability to empathize and problem solve
* High School diploma/GED equivalent required
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* CPR Certification AED/First Aid/CPR
Physical Demands:
* Continual standing and walking during shift
* Continual talking in person or on the club phone during shift
* Must be able to occasionally lift to 50 lbs
