Job Summary

The Senior Project Expeditor plays a critical role in ensuring that suppliers and fabricators adhere to contractual delivery dates, thereby meeting the overall project and construction schedule. As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain management and project expediting principles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with suppliers and fabricators to develop and implement expediting plans
  • Monitor and report on vendor data and equipment status
  • Communicate regularly with the Project Team and Client to ensure transparency and effective collaboration

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor or Master of Science degree in related field from an accredited university highly preferred
  • 15 or more years of relevant industrial experience in Supply Chain Management, specifically in Project Expediting; experience in capital projects and international procurement preferred
  • Certification is not required for this position

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and flexible working arrangements.
