Job Overview

As a Concrete Finishing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our concrete products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Apply the specified finish to concrete panels according to approved sample standards.
  • Ensure uniformity in finishing across panels over time.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and perform necessary preventive upkeep.
  • Assist in the repair and patching of precast panels as needed.
  • Prepare finishing samples for evaluation and approval.
  • Perform daily inspections of equipment to confirm it is in optimal working order.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
  • Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are advantageous.
  • Experience with sandblasting equipment is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with acids used in concrete finishing is a plus.
  • Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Primarily indoor working conditions.
  • Regular exposure to machinery noise.
  • Frequent contact with cement materials.
  • Occasional exposure to dust particles.
