As a Concrete Finishing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our concrete products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Apply the specified finish to concrete panels according to approved sample standards.
- Ensure uniformity in finishing across panels over time.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and perform necessary preventive upkeep.
- Assist in the repair and patching of precast panels as needed.
- Prepare finishing samples for evaluation and approval.
- Perform daily inspections of equipment to confirm it is in optimal working order.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are advantageous.
- Experience with sandblasting equipment is beneficial.
- Familiarity with acids used in concrete finishing is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Primarily indoor working conditions.
- Regular exposure to machinery noise.
- Frequent contact with cement materials.
- Occasional exposure to dust particles.
