Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing guidance and support to the Quality Department, ensuring a work environment where coworkers have the tools, training, and leadership to build a quality product and become effective Quality Inspectors.

The QA Lead's goal is to assist in improving profits and cash flow through process improvements and ensuring the highest quality product is delivered to the customer.

The QA Lead will conduct themselves in a professional manner and at all times be responsive and respectful.

Perform all tasks involved within Quality Assurance, including but not limited to:

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
  • A working knowledge of required software for specific tasks.
  • Effective communication with customers, suppliers, and fellow employees.
  • Ability to acquire an IPC-A-610 Certified IPC Specialist certificate within six months of starting the position.
  • Detail-oriented, strong attention to detail, and ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Good attendance and ability to work flexible hours and/or overtime.

  • Digital caliper and pin gauges.
