Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at PulteGroup. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain the sales office, performing administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist in the daily administration of routine sales activities, including filing, faxing, mailing, typing, and scheduling
  • Coordinate sales staff meetings and perform closing coordinator responsibilities for outside lenders
  • Resolve routine inquiries and problems from buyers regarding various aspects of purchases
  • Support customers by making initial presentations to community visitors and assisting in making prospective buyer appointments with design center, mortgage, key inspection, and settlement departments when necessary
  • Communicate effectively with departments to address customer requests for information or service
  • Greet customers in sales models as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Appropriate license or certifications as required by the state and/or Company
  • Valid Driver's License, as driving is an essential function of this position
  • Minimum of 1 year of related functional experience and computer proficiency
