Job Overview:

As a vital member of the Universal Orlando team, you will play a key role in the development and execution of our operational training initiatives. This position is focused on delivering high-quality training to both hourly and non-exempt team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the organization and delivery of divisional orientations and training sessions, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Oversee compliance training programs, including preparation and delivery of classroom sessions, documentation, and necessary communications.
  • Facilitate structured training programs that align with the company's objectives and brand values.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, analyzing operational statistics to identify service gaps and assist in designing targeted training programs.
  • Engage in continuous coaching within the park, offering constructive feedback based on service observations.
  • Actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives by adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Scope of Work:

This role involves coordinating and facilitating training for various team members across different classifications. You will assist in the ongoing development and refinement of the Universal Orlando operational training program.

Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • An Associate's degree (AA) is preferred.
Experience Required:
  • 1-3 years of training experience is essential, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in the service industry or a related field is necessary.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Operational experience is advantageous.
