The role of an Insurance Agent at Freeway Auto Insurance offers a unique blend of challenges and opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities

As an Insurance Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Soliciting new business and maintaining current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
  2. Building relationships with existing customers to expand business and meet agreed-upon production goals.
  3. Accurately accounting for all currency transactions and delivering deposits to the bank on time, along with scanned documentation in the agency management system.

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
  • Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
  • Personal lines or property and casualty license preferred (but not required).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 to $75,000 per year, based on performance and location. Compensation may vary depending on individual factors, such as experience and sales performance.
