Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary care services to patients in their homes, working closely with a Medical Assistant partner to deliver high-quality care. This will involve conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, and implementing treatment strategies to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state where HarmonyCares Medical Group is located
- Federal DEA License/eligibility
- Geriatric training/experience preferred
- Active CPR/BLS Certification
