Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the kitchen and food production to ensure high-quality, safe, and appealing food is served to our clients.
  • Develop and implement menus and recipes that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our clients.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they are following proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Manage food and supply purchasing to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement job flows for kitchen and production staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Collaborate with the Health, Wellness, and Nutritional Director to develop menus and recipes that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our clients.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for production and sanitation with detailed and organized program documentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Chef or Chef Manager.
  • Prior experience in dining service transitions and openings is preferred.
  • Serve Safe, Choke Save, and Allergen certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Culinary Arts, or Hotel/Restaurant Management is highly desirable.
Work Environment

This position requires extensive travel up to 100%. Must live within 1 hour of a major airport. Must have a valid driver's license. Requires work with extreme temperatures/conditions and frequent interaction with heated equipment, grease, refrigeration/freezer, and other at-risk conditions.
