We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at The Joint Chiropractic. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing daily clinic operations, and promoting our wellness services to new patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients with a warm and welcoming smile, building relationships and ensuring a positive experience
  • Educate patients on our wellness offerings and services, highlighting the benefits of regular chiropractic care
  • Utilize sales skills to convert patients to our wellness plans or visit packages, ensuring they receive the best possible care
  • Manage patient transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Participate in marketing and sales opportunities to attract new patients to our clinics
  • Contribute to a positive and healthy work environment, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and decorum

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Cheerful and positive attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings, as required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn our clinic software
  • Willingness to learn and grow, with a dedication to providing exceptional patient service
