Outdoor Education Facilitators utilize existing resources, their expertise, and innovative concepts to design engaging lesson plans for campers each week. They offer guidance and leadership opportunities to junior facilitators and volunteer trainees, while prioritizing the safety and well-being of all participants. Previous experience working with youth, particularly in informal or nature-based educational settings, along with a mindset focused on growth and development, are essential for candidates applying for this role. This position combines educational activities, outdoor enjoyment, and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of all participants.
