- Support various client segments with a range of products, including digital services, credit and debit cards, loans, and retirement accounts.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum of one year of experience in client service roles (e.g., call center, retail, hospitality).
- Proficiency in computer applications, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Compliance with regulatory requirements for the position.
Preferred:
- Experience in product referrals and solutions.
- Background in a high-volume customer service environment.
- Some college education or degree.
