Career Navigator

At Dynamic Workforce Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Career Navigator to join our team. As a Career Navigator, you will play a critical role in helping job seekers achieve their employment goals and connect with local employers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews with job seekers to assess their ongoing service needs and provide guidance on employment opportunities.
• Develop and implement individualized employment plans to help job seekers achieve their goals.
• Provide career advisement and coaching to job seekers, including referrals to jobs, training programs, and education.
• Perform home visits, training site visits, and employer site visits to provide support and guidance to job seekers.
• Coordinate service provider activities and ensure that service plans are maintained and updated as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage.
• Basic computer literacy, including ability to use the Internet and Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
