Breakfast Server

We are seeking a friendly and professional Breakfast Host to join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn BHAM/Liberty Park. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests, interacting with them and answering questions about their dining experience.
• Set up and maintain the hot breakfast and breakfast bar each morning, following hotel franchise breakfast guidelines.
• Collapse the breakfast bar and dining area each morning, replenish and restock breakfast items, and communicate with hotel management regarding inventory and feedback.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout the shift, meeting county health codes and hotel quality assurance requirements.
• Monitor and replenish the breakfast bar as needed, ensuring guests have a variety of breakfast items to select from.
• Comply with sanitation regulations, guidelines, and safety standards pertaining to food products.

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry (preferred).
• Previous experience as a Server or Waitstaff (preferred).
• Flexibility to work varied schedules.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to listen attentively.
• Physical ability to walk, bend, and stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
