Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Diagnosing and repairing industrial equipment, including forklifts, scissor and boom lifts, and floor cleaning machines;
  • Working independently and as part of a team to complete tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Participating in comprehensive training programs to develop skills and knowledge in this field;
  • Using technology, such as laptops and tablets, to complete tasks and communicate with colleagues and customers;
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner;

Required qualifications for this role include:

  • A valid driver's license, with a minimum of three years of driving experience;
  • The ability to pass a drug screen and background check;
  • Comfortable working in a wide range of weather conditions;
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds, due to the physical demands of the job;
  • A strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn and apply new skills;
  • Excellent customer relations skills, with clear and concise communication;
  • A strong desire to learn and develop new skills and knowledge.
