We are seeking a skilled Equipment & Refrigeration Technician to join our team at NW Facilities & Equipment Maintenance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of commercial restaurant equipment, including coffee and espresso machines.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, intermediate to advanced understanding of electrical theory, and excellent customer service skills. You will be working with a variety of commercial equipment manufacturers, including BUNN, Thermoplan, Franke, Ditting, La Marzocco, Rancillio, Joe Tap, Turbochef, Merrychef, and Alto Shaam.

Responsibilities
  • Travel to customer locations across the PNW to diagnose and repair equipment
  • Display empathy when dealing with customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of commercial restaurant equipment, including coffee and espresso machines
  • Use software to document repairs and parts used
  • Use software to document time throughout the day
  • Effectively communicate with internal team and external customers
