Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistent and professional nail care, including trimming and buffing of toenails.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination and treatment areas, ensuring all medical instruments are sterilized and stock levels are replenished.
- Manage inventory of supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries and messages.
- Actively participate in training sessions and staff meetings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid state license as a manicurist.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in nail care.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong customer service and teamwork abilities.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel between clinic locations as required.
- Completion of tuberculosis screening and proof of immunity to certain diseases.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (MA).
- Over 2 years of experience in nail care.
- Proven clinical experience.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull heavy objects with up to 100 pounds of force.
- Capacity to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Proficient use of fine motor skills for operating office equipment.
- Capability to drive and operate a company vehicle.
- Ability to comprehend instructions both verbally and in writing.
- Strong logical reasoning skills for problem-solving.
