Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support assistance to individuals, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist individuals in completing online training modules and developing independent living skills.
  • Provide transportation to appointments and community activities, ensuring individuals have access to essential services.
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and team members, fostering strong relationships and trust.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license, if driving is required for the position.
  • No more than two minor moving violations in the past 3 years.
  • No major violations in the past 5 years.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for individuals' privacy.

Compensation:

$15.50/Hour
