The Direct Support Professional at E-VOLVE CARE plays a vital role in empowering individuals to live independently and achieve their goals. As a key member of our team, you will provide personalized support and assistance to help individuals with daily living activities, develop independent living skills, and maintain a high quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support assistance to individuals, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist individuals in completing online training modules and developing independent living skills.
- Provide transportation to appointments and community activities, ensuring individuals have access to essential services.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and team members, fostering strong relationships and trust.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license, if driving is required for the position.
- No more than two minor moving violations in the past 3 years.
- No major violations in the past 5 years.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for individuals' privacy.
Compensation:
$15.50/Hour
