LPN Healthcare Professional

Piedmont Crossing, a not-for-profit continuing care community, is seeking a skilled LPN to join our team. As a senior living community located in the Triad region of North Carolina, we offer a dynamic work environment and a passion for life.
As an LPN at Piedmont Crossing, you will provide high-quality, direct patient care through standard healthcare practices, including administering prescribed medications and treatments, conducting patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and helping with diagnostic tests. You will also collaborate on patient care plans and educate patients and families.
Requirements:
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
