We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dialysis team.
Job Summary
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an LPN to work as part of a multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional patient care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing prescribed medical treatment and dialysis treatment to clients, rendering professional and technical nursing care, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Provides Medical Treatment and Dialysis Care: The successful candidate will be responsible for administering prescribed medications and performing dialysis treatments as per medical guidelines.
- Renders Professional Nursing Care: The LPN will provide direct and indirect patient care using evidence-based practices, ensuring a secure and safe patient environment.
- Collaborates with Healthcare Professionals: The candidate will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Educational Requirements: A diploma or degree in nursing from an accredited institution is required, along with current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Skills and Qualities: Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
